Grimsby engagement photography
Abigail and Ben chose to have their Grimsby engagement photography at Humberston Fitties in North East Lincolnshire ahead of their wedding next year. They also brought along their gorgeous pooch. Their wedding is to be held at Elms Farm towards the end of 2018. It was the perfect chance to get to know them and capture some images of them both before the big day. I did wonder who is the cutest in the photographs – the couple or the pooch! Sorry guys!
Engagement shoot
If you choose to have your engagement shoot with me, you can do it as you get engaged or right up until the week before your wedding. Or even after the wedding too! What a great excuse for some beautiful pictures away from the formalities of a wedding day. It can be at a location, and time of year completely different to your wedding meaning the photos will make a fantastic contrast on your wall. You can tell Abigail and Ben really thought about how they were going to dress for the shoot. They match, but don’t clash and of course their smiles make for the most beautiful feature.
Cleethorpes beach
The Humberston Fitties make for a great day out. With acres and acres to explore you can find all kinds of hidden locations. The sea and beach, plus the sand dunes and all of the quirky features, it’s such a pretty location. So many local wedding photographers to Cleethorpes and Grimsby use this area for couple and family shoots, and I can totally see why. I just love how Abigail’s engagement ring sits in the sand alongside the grasses. We chose to head out from the car park and along the beach, luckily it was a little bit colder than usual meaning not many people were about – perfect for a photoshoot. It’s usually my luck to find the one person walking in front of the camera.
Lincolnshire wedding to come!
These two were the highlight of the show during this shoot. I can’t wait to see what they achieve for their wedding next year. The next time I see them Abi will be getting ready for bridal prep and it will be wedding photography time!
