When I first started photography I was inspired by the photo albums my parents had stored away in their cupboard, containing all our memories as little ones and important family events. It was the original Facebook – an authentic and private storage of that memory.
When life took me down a path to becoming a wedding photographer, and the one important thing I wanted to do for my couples was provide them with a similar feeling. To do this, I had to source a high quality wedding photo album company. I want you to want to ‘pull out the album’ for future generations and spend time poring at it on the coffee table.

Why Folio
Made to be passed down
I spent years looking for the ideal album supplier, and attended many events with other wedding photographers looking at samples. I wanted something that reflected the quality I put into my wedding photography, it had to stand the test of time. This is where I came across Folio albums and very quickly realised they were the supplier for me.
I’ve now been using Folio albums for almost 8 years, and still use the first ever sample album I ordered at wedding fayres and in meetings. The best bit is, that it looks no different from the day it arrived, and it has travelled! Basically meaning, that when you pull out your wedding album in 10-50 years, the pages won’t be fading in colour. They will continue to look rich and vibrant like the day it was printed.

Album questions
Can we order an album after the wedding?
Yes. Albums don’t have to be ordered when you first book – lots of couples decide after they’ve seen their gallery. Just get in touch whenever you’re ready and we’ll start the process.
How many photos go in an album?
As many as you like. I usually suggest picking around 150 favourites so I can tell the whole story of your day. A standard album has 15 spreads (30 pages), and extra spreads can be added if you want more.
How long does it take?
Once you’ve signed off the final design, your album is usually with you in around 30 days.
Can we choose the cover?
Yes – there’s a range of leather and linen covers to choose from, and you can personalise it with your names or wedding date.
Can we get copies for our parents?
Yes – 6 × 6 parent albums are mini duplicates of your main album, with the same design and cover. They’re £220 each and can only be ordered alongside a larger album.
Can we see an album before we decide?
Of course. I bring a sample album to meetings and wedding fayres – it’s the very first one I ordered from Folio, and it still looks brand new.
