Lincolnshire engagement photography

For their Lincolnshire engagement photography, Amy and Benjamin decided on two locations! This gorgeous pair were super organised, having prepared a sumptuous picnic and outfit changes. They are the King and Queen of moments – as well as Windsor if the mugs are to be believed. With lots of snacks to keep them going, Amy made the most of her stunning bead and lace dress, dancing around the snowdrops at Elsham Hall Country Park. The detailed was exquisite and her dress floated around in the winter sunshine. After a quick outfit change, we headed off to Twigmoor Woods, another Lincolnshire gem.

Divine hair and make up

We were lucky to have caught a sunny February day as we would have gone ahead whatever the weather. The winter light, meant I was able to create photos with crisp light. Amy had arranged her hair and makeup trial for that morning, so she was looking her best for the photo shoot. Kirby Blythe and Bethan Victoria are both well known in the Scunthorpe and Lincolnshire area, for the many brides they have completed wedding hair and makeup for. They’re talented ladies, and this day was no exception.

Elsham Hall wedding photographer

Amy and Benjamin are getting married at Elsham Hall in the near future (check back for their wedding blog!) and so this first location was the perfect choice. Spring was just beginning to rear its head with carpets of snowdrops scattered around the park. Although we were cheeky going off the beaten track, we were very careful not to damage any of these hopeful flowers of the season.

Elsham Hall weddings are a special event, Elaine and her team go to such lengths to ensure perfection. With the gorgeous barn, garden room and of course the outdoor areas of the courtyard and gardens there is plenty of room for all guests. I’m really looking forward to Amy and Benjamin’s big day!
